Yes, the original Rodic's at SC in UP still has Alcala's Spice of Life, and it is always a thrill to look at it, besides eating the tapsilog, of course, when I and my friends go back. I was at the centennial kick off celebrations yesterday, and everybody was screaming Rodic's after the festivities. So I was right in theorizing about the constancy of things in UP, which I wrote about <a href="http://bucaio.blogspot.com/2007/07/rodics-tapsilog.html" rel="nofollow">here</a>. I'm a second-generation Iska in my family - I hope - I fervently wish - my kids will be the third when they reach college.
