My kids were clamoring for sweet and sour pork so I tried out this recipe.  It was a hit!  Thanks.  

I did have trouble coating the pork with the egg/flour/cornstarch mixture.  I ended up coating it tonkatsu style -- egg first then coat with flour/cornstarch mixture.  Was I supposed to do this coating in succession?  (Flour then egg then cornstarch?)  

And since we like our food with a lot of sauce, I added an extra cup of water.  It still tasted great.
