I decided to look at the frozen section for what to cook thing (again) i found this Pata and started what can i do from it. Paksiw na pata came first into my mind but i haven't tried one. Up to my flat open my laptop and now leaving this comment on your page :) Viewed so many blogs and site about this recipe but this one caught my attention. It seems so authentic with labor of love if I may say. Gonna try this in a n hour! Thanks for recipe and hi to Diding!
