Her recipe is basically the same as yours, except that she added peas.  She also arranged the rice in nice little mounds, by pouring some olive oil in a cup and packing the rice.  The rice would come out neatly in a mound and she would put a fried egg on top, with the mince meat mixture on the side.</description>
