		<description>I never knew palabok had so many ingredients. Or surprising ingredients, like pig tongue. 

I've been dissatisfied with the palabok I've had lately. I think it has something to do with more and more people just skimping on the proper ingredients and techniques.

Homemade palabok definitely sounds like a worthy project. Thanks for sharing.</description>
