I will always be grateful to Grandma Sevilla for sharing this recipe. I can still remember her dictating this to me at their home near Southwestern University. She had taught Alan how to make the perfect fresh lumpia wrapper, too. Gotta contact him and ask him is he's willing to give me a recipe, too!
