Hi! I was browsing through the Internet when I came across this recipe. I have always been looking for the perfect Pinoy cheese cupcake but this is the only recipe online. I just have a few questions:

1. Just like most of the readers here are asking, are you sure there is no Baking Powder needed?

2. You specified two cups of condensed milk, but there are different sizes of condensed milk. Did you use the 185 mL or the 375 mL?

Thanks. Can't wait to try this out!

My cupcakes did not rise up as in picture. Do we add baking powder? How about if I use bisquick?

hi, i am looking for the recipe for cheese pie sold usually in small stores in manila. it was sold in a paper plate, wrapped in clear plastic. the cheese pie was sliced into wedges, almost like a pizza, was about 1/2 inch thick, and had a chewy texture.

would this recipe be similar?

I made this cupcake but it didn't turn out like the one in the picture. The taste is fine even if it didn't tell how much vanilla to put. I wonder if this recipe needs to have baking powder.
